By August 1, 2022, more than 5,400 private Electronic System Organizers (ESOs) or private internet companies were officially registered with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo).

A total of 9,134 Electronic Systems (ES) were registered by all these ESOs.

Electronic Systems (ES) are portals, websites, or applications on the internet used for various services ranging from information retrieval, data transmission, marketing, trade, financial transactions, games, and others.

Of all the registered ES as of August 1, 2022, 8,844 ES were from domestic companies and 290 ES from foreign companies.

3. Dota (Valve Corp)
4. CS Go (Valve Corp)
5. Epic Games (Epic Games Inc)
6. Battle Net (Blizzard Entertainment Inc)
7. Origin (Electronic Arts)

However, Kominfo temporarily unblocked PayPal from August 1-5, 2022, due to the significant amount of public funds stored in the application.

The unblocking of PayPal will be in effect until August 5, 2022, at 23:59 WIB. Simultaneously, Kominfo is communicating with PayPal to complete its registration.

Similar communication is also being conducted with several game companies whose services are currently temporarily blocked.

"Hopefully, in the near future, they will be able to complete (registration) and the public using these game services can use them again," said Semuel.
