Apple Sales in the US Reach Highest Point in Q2 2021

The American technology company, Apple, recorded US$81.4 billion in net sales in Q2 2021. This figure represents a 36.44% increase compared to the same period the previous year, which was US$59.7 billion.

By region, Apple's highest net sales in Q2 2021 came from America, at US$35.87 billion. This amount increased by 32% from the second half of the previous year, which was US$27.02 billion.

Apple's net sales in Europe totaled US$18.94 billion in Q2 2021, a 33% increase from the same period last year, which was US$14.17 billion. In China, Apple recorded net sales of US$14.76 billion from April to June 2021, a 58% increase from the same period the previous year, which was US$9.33 billion.

Apple also recorded net sales of US$6.46 billion in Japan in Q2 2021, up 30.2% from Q2 2020, which reached US$4.97 billion. Meanwhile, Apple's net sales in the rest of the Asia-Pacific region amounted to US$5.4 billion last quarter, a 28.48% increase from the same period the previous year, which was US$4.2 billion.

Apple's net sales in Q2 2021 were largely driven by iPhone sales, which reached US$39.57 billion. Net sales from Mac were recorded at US$8.24 billion, iPad at US$7.37 billion, accessories at US$8.78 billion, and services at US$17.49 billion.
