According to a Snapcart survey, Indonesian citizens are exposed to information about digital gold from various sources.

The majority of respondents first learned about digital gold from online advertisements (31%) and social media content (30%).

"These platforms are effective in reaching a younger demographic who spend a lot of time online," wrote Snapcart in its *Digital vs Physical Gold* report.

Others first learned about digital gold from friends or family (22%), investment forums (7%), the workplace (2%), and offline advertisements (1%).

This survey also found that 38% of respondents have already invested in digital gold.

Others invested in digital gold due to transaction flexibility (30%), transaction speed (16%), and the lack of need for physical storage (8%).

Snapcart conducted this online survey in May 2025, targeting 1,212 respondents across Indonesia.
