According to a Snapcart survey of approximately 4,800 Indonesian respondents, 73% had used online food delivery services by early 2025.

27% of respondents used these services due to attractive promotions and discounts.

Another 26% cited convenience and ease of use, while 25% attributed their usage to a lack of time for cooking.

"Busy lifestyles lead many people to rely on food delivery services," wrote Snapcart in its report titled *Eat Anytime, Anywhere*.

The Snapcart survey also found that GoFood was the most widely used online food delivery app among respondents, with a 36% usage rate.

This was followed by GrabFood (28%) and ShopeeFood (26%).

Snapcart conducted this online survey in January 2025, involving 4,857 respondents across Indonesia.
