According to a Populix survey report titled *Indonesia Outlook on the Logistic Delivery Services*, the majority, or 38% of respondents, use shipping services 2-3 times per month when shopping online.

Furthermore, 18% of respondents admitted to using logistics shipping services only once a month when shopping online. Another 15% said they use shipping services 2-3 times per week when shopping online.

There were also respondents who used logistics shipping services less than once a month, representing 12% of respondents. Additionally, 11% of respondents stated they use shipping services once a week.

Furthermore, 6% of respondents said they use logistics shipping services 4-6 times per week when shopping online. On the other hand, the survey found that only 1% of respondents use shipping services for online shopping every day.

The survey also found that J&T Express is the most frequently used shipping company for online shopping by Gen Z respondents (58%). It is followed by Shopee Express (32%) and JNE (27%).

This Populix survey involved 925 respondents out of a total of 1,577 respondents in June 2023. The majority of respondents were from Java (76%), followed by Sumatra (15%), and other islands (19%).

Respondents were predominantly young people aged 18-25 years (41%) and 26-35 years (39%). Based on their occupation, most respondents were employees (51%), followed by entrepreneurs (14%) and students (18%).
