Survey: Telkomsel Has the Widest Cellular Signal Coverage in Indonesian Households

Based on a report by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo) and the Katadata Insight Center (KIC), 85% of Indonesians access the internet via mobile phone data, allowing them internet access anywhere. The survey was conducted during August-September 2022 through face-to-face interviews. Sampling used a multistage random sampling method, with a margin of error of approximately 0.98% and a 95% confidence interval.
