Meanwhile, the Pre-Boomer generation (born before 1945, over 79 years old) has the lowest internet penetration rate among all age groups, at only 32%.

This survey was conducted from December 18, 2023, to January 19, 2024, with 8,720 respondents proportionally distributed across Indonesia's 38 provinces.

All respondents were Indonesian citizens aged at least 13 years old.

The survey used a face-to-face interview method and multistage random sampling, with a margin of error of approximately 1.1% and a relative standard error of 0.43%.
