A survey by the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) shows that 30% of public institutions in Indonesia have adopted cloud computing services.

The most frequently cited positive impact is that cloud services improve the quality of their institutional services, with a percentage reaching 94.1%.

This survey was conducted from February 21 to March 11, 2022, in five regions of Indonesia: DKI Jakarta, West Java, East Java, Bali, and Gorontalo.

The survey involved 169 samples of public institutions. The details are: 21 samples from the central government, 67 samples from local governments, 47 samples from the education sector, and 34 samples from the health sector.
