The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara reached 100.16 points in 2025.

This figure decreased by 2.8 points compared to the previous year and dropped by 6.4 points over the last five years.

Quoting the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the 2025 Provincial and Regency/City IKK, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the price in the reference city, namely Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.

Based on this definition, Mataram City's IKK of 100.16 points indicates that the construction cost of buildings in the area is equivalent to 1.002 times the construction cost in Surabaya.
