Used home prices in Bogor generally increased in August 2022, according to a September 2022 Flash Report released by Rumah123.com.
Rumah123.com periodically measures changes in used home prices using the Resale Price Index (RPI).
The RPI is calculated based on the sales data of houses on the property marketplaces 99.co and Rumah123.com. The index uses January 2020 as the base (100 points).
According to the report, the resale price index for used homes in Bogor in August 2022 reached 108 points. This index rose significantly from July 2022 and has increased considerably compared to the previous year, as shown in the graph.
The following are the median house prices in Bogor by area as of August 2022:
* ?60 square meters: Rp400 million
* 61-90 square meters: Rp799 million
* 91-150 square meters: Rp1.400 billion
* 151-250 square meters: Rp2.250 billion
* ?251 square meters: Rp5.000 billion
According to Rumah123.com, year-on-year (YoY) from August 2021 to August 2022, house prices in all cities in Jabodetabek recorded an increase.
In Bogor itself, house prices generally increased by 3.1% (YoY) in August 2022 compared to the previous year.
