FLPP Subsidized Housing Disbursement 2025, Most in West Java

According to the report from the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), the realization of Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) distribution reached 278,868 housing units in 2025.

By region, the highest FLPP distribution realization was in West Java Province with 62,591 housing units, equivalent to 22.44% of the total realization.

The following are the top 10 provinces with the highest FLPP distribution realization in 2025:

1. West Java: 62,591 housing units
2. Central Java: 24,470 housing units
3. South Sulawesi: 23,255 housing units
4. Banten: 18,966 housing units
5. East Java: 18,361 housing units
6. South Sumatra: 16,452 housing units
7. North Sumatra: 11,496 housing units
8. South Kalimantan: 11,218 housing units
9. Southeast Sulawesi: 9,055 housing units
10. West Kalimantan: 8,957 housing units

By regency/city, the highest FLPP distribution realization was in Bekasi Regency, which reached 14,702 housing units, followed by Bogor Regency with 10,195 housing units and Tangerang Regency with 8,246 housing units.

According to BP Tapera, FLPP recipients were dominated by private sector employees at 73.62%, followed by entrepreneurs at 14.06% and civil servants (PNS) at 7.46%.

Meanwhile, the distributing bank with the highest realization was BTN, which reached 132,744 housing units, followed by BTN Syariah with 59,463 housing units and BRI with 32,206 housing units.
