Regions with the Most FLPP House Realizations in Indonesia as of June 2025

The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) recorded that the disbursement of funds for the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility Program (FLPP) recipients from the beginning of this year until June 17, 2025, reached Rp13.34 trillion.

These funds were used to finance 107,761 housing units spread across 381 regencies/cities in Indonesia.

FLPP is a program supporting financing or subsidies for low-income home ownership loans (KPR), funded by the government budget.

Based on the region, Bekasi Regency had the highest number of disbursed houses, namely 6,011 units, or 5.57% of the national total disbursement.

The following is a complete list of the top 10 regencies/cities with the highest number of housing unit disbursements from BP Tapera through the FLPP scheme from January to June 17, 2025:

1. Bekasi Regency: 6,011 units
2. Bogor Regency: 4,005 units
3. Tangerang Regency: 3,370 units
4. Karawang Regency: 3,142 units
5. Kendari City: 2,758 units
6. Deli Serdang Regency: 2,558 units
7. Palembang City: 2,443 units
8. Maros Regency: 2,158 units
9. Cirebon Regency: 2,152 units
10. Kubu Raya Regency: 1,995 units

In 2025, the government allocated Rp18.77 trillion for the FLPP budget, targeting the disbursement of 220,000 houses.

In addition, the government also plans additional allocations for FLPP to support the implementation of the 3 million houses program.

"From the total allocation of Rp18.77 trillion in 2025, the government has disbursed Rp11.5 trillion to BP Tapera and is preparing additional allocations to support the target of the 3 million houses program," said Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Tjiwandono in a press conference on APBN KiTa, Tuesday (June 17, 2025).
