The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Gunung Kidul Regency, DI Yogyakarta reached 108.09 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 0.12 points compared to the previous year and rose by 2.9 points over the last five years.

Quoting from the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding the Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costs in a regency/city compared to the reference city, Surabaya.

The higher the IKK figure in a regency/city, the higher the construction cost of a building in that area.
