The Construction Cost Index (IKK) of Bangka Tengah Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands stood at 104.08 points in 2025.

This figure increased by 1.49 points compared to last year and rose by 2.86 points over the past five years.

Referring to the publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) regarding Provincial and Regency/City IKK 2025, IKK is a price index that describes the level of construction costliness of a regency/city compared to the reference city, namely Surabaya.
