President Prabowo Subianto has set the amount of performance allowances (tukin) for civil servants (PNS) in three ministries.

These three ministries are the former components of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, now divided into the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen); the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek); and the Ministry of Culture (Kemenbud).

The determination of these tukin is stipulated in three Presidential Regulations (Perpres) enacted on March 27, 2025.

The tukin for Kemendikdasmen is regulated in Perpres Number 18 of 2025, the tukin for Kemendiktisaintek in Perpres Number 19 of 2025, and the tukin for Kemenbud in Perpres Number 20 of 2025.

The amounts vary according to the position class. The lowest tukin is given to position class 1, amounting to Rp2.53 million per month, while the highest tukin for position class 17 is Rp33.24 million per month.

It should be noted that this tukin is not given to employees who do not hold a specific position, are temporarily dismissed, or are dismissed from their organic position.

Tukin is also not given to employees who are on leave without government support or are in a period of leave of absence for retirement preparation.

Both Kemendikdasmen, Kemendiktisaintek, and Kemenbud have the same nominal reference for tukin. The following is a list:
