Based on the Kompas Research and Development's quick count, from 100% of the data received as of Tuesday (20/2/2024), eight political parties are projected to pass the parliamentary threshold in the 2024 Legislative Election.
These parties are predicted to have met the parliamentary threshold. According to Article 414 of Law No. 7 of 2017, the requirement to enter Parliament is a minimum of 4% of the national valid votes.
According to the Kompas Research and Development quick count, PDI-P has the largest vote share, garnering 16.31% of the votes. This party supports the Ganjar-Mahfud presidential and vice-presidential ticket.
Golkar is in second place with 14.64% of the votes, followed by Gerindra with 13.47%.
The following is a complete list of political parties that have met the parliamentary threshold and are projected to enter parliament, according to the Kompas Research and Development quick count:
* PDI-P: 16.31%
* Golkar: 14.64%
* Gerindra: 13.47%
* PKB: 10.71%
* Nasdem: 9.96%
* PKS: 8.37%
* Demokrat: 7.62%
* PAN: 7.10%
Meanwhile, these political parties have not met the parliamentary threshold:
* PPP: 3.86%
* PSI: 2.80%
* Perindo: 1.37%
* Hanura: 0.86%
* Gelora: 0.85%
* Partai Buruh: 0.68%
* Partai Ummat: 0.47%
* PBB: 0.39%
* Garuda: 0.30%
* PKN: 0.24%
These results are based on 100% of ballots received from a sample of 2,000 polling stations (TPS) spread across 38 provinces. This quick count has a margin of error of approximately 1%.
It should be noted that this quick count is not the official vote count.
The official results will be released by the General Election Commission (KPU), which is currently manually tabulating votes from all polling stations nationwide. This process will be completed no later than March 20, 2024.
The final determination of the 2024 election results will be made no later than three days after receiving the court decision from the Constitutional Court (MK).
