List of Indonesian Provinces with the Smallest Agricultural GRDP in 2021

The agricultural sector also contributes to regional income. However, several provinces receive only a small amount of revenue from agriculture.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the regional gross domestic product (PDRB) of the agricultural sector in Jakarta was Rp2.38 trillion in 2021.

This value represents only 0.08% of the capital city's economy, which reached Rp2.98 quadrillion last year. This is also the smallest value compared to the other 33 provinces.

The next provinces with the smallest agricultural PDRB are Riau Islands (Rp8.47 trillion), followed by West Papua (Rp9.34 trillion), North Maluku (Rp9.4 trillion), and Maluku (Rp11.28 trillion).

Following these are Yogyakarta Special Region (Rp14.52 trillion), Bangka Belitung Islands (Rp16.9 trillion), Gorontalo (Rp17.09 trillion), and North Kalimantan and West Sulawesi, each with Rp18.08 trillion and Rp21.98 trillion respectively.

Indonesia's agricultural sector GDP reached Rp2.25 quadrillion in 2021. This value accounts for 13.38% of Indonesia's total economy, which reached Rp16.97 quadrillion.
