According to the latest Reuters Institute Digital News Report 2023, *Kompas* is the most trusted media brand in Indonesia. Founded by P. K. Ojong and Jakob Oetama, it gained the trust of 69% of respondents.

This survey involved 2,012 respondents in Indonesia. The survey was conducted using an online questionnaire distributed by YouGov from late January to early February 2023.
