Meanwhile, other banks are not widely perceived as green banking actors, with percentages of less than 2% each.

This survey was conducted online from March 28 to April 4, 2022, using a non-probability sampling method.

The survey involved 3,105 respondents spread across Indonesia, with criteria aged over 17 years and users of financial/banking products.
