Composite Index Closes Up 0.03% at 331,5876 (Tuesday, January 11, 2022)

According to the Indonesian Capital Market Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK), the Indonesia Composite Bond Index (ICBI) closed at 331.5876 on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. This is a 0.1104-point (0.03%) increase from the previous day's closing of 331.4772.

Furthermore, today's transactions showed market participants actively buying both government and corporate bonds. This positive sentiment drove the domestic bond market upward.

Specifically, the INDOBeX Composite Clean Price Index closed up 0.0175 points (0.0146%) to 119.59. Meanwhile, the INDOBeX Effective Yield Composite Index rose 0.0037 points (0.06%) to 5.9546.

The INDOBeX Government Total Return Index closed up 0.1055 points (0.03%) to 324.86. The INDOBeX Corporate Total Return Index increased by 0.1656 points (0.05%) to 367.63.

The Rupiah (IDR) strengthened by Rp 2.5/US$ (0.02%) in today's spot market, closing at Rp 14,302.5/US$. The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed down 43 points (0.64%) to 6,647.97.
