The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed down 54.31 points, or 0.78%, to 6,886.576 on Wednesday (4/10/2023). Shares in the basic materials and energy sectors weighed heavily on the JCI's performance today.

The Shanghai index (China) was closed for the Golden Week Holiday.
