The issuer managing Ancol, PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA), recorded a net loss attributable to the owner of the parent entity of Rp38.80 billion in the first quarter of 2026.
This loss surged by 247.36% compared to the first quarter of last year (year-on-year/yoy), which was Rp11.17 billion.
In line with this, PJAA's operating income also decreased by 1.52% (yoy) to Rp207.58 billion in the first three months of this year.
The decline occurred in the revenue segment from tickets, which decreased by 7.86% (yoy) to Rp126.13 billion.
Meanwhile, hotel and restaurant revenue rose by 10.98% (yoy) to Rp15.85 billion, and other operating income increased by 10.58% (yoy) to Rp66.22 billion.
In addition, the main operating expenses and direct expenses of Ancol decreased by 10.69% to Rp151.22 billion in the first quarter of 2026.
As of the end of March 2026, PJAA had total assets worth Rp3.52 trillion, a decrease of 2.95% from December 2025, which was Rp3.63 trillion.
