Major shareholders of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO) have been frequently divesting their shares.
Most recently, the Government of Singapore divested 125.95 million shares on Monday, May 8, 2023, as published by the Indonesia Central Securities Depository (KSEI) and cited by *CNBC Indonesia*.
This sale reduced the Singaporean government's ownership to 63.71 billion shares, or 5.38%.
This was not the first time the Singaporean government divested shares in GOTO in May 2023. On May 4, 2023, it sold 624.04 million shares, reducing its ownership to 64.87 billion shares or 5.48%.
On April 30, 2023, its shareholding was still 65.50 billion shares, or 5.53%.

Not only the Singaporean government, but other major investors have also been divesting GOTO shares. As reported by *Katadata*, Goto Peopleverse Fund (GPF) also reduced its stake in the largest technology issuer by market capitalization.
GPF divested 189.16 million shares, equivalent to 0.02% of GOTO shares. The remaining shares amount to 77.47 billion shares, or 6.54%, down from 77.66 billion shares or 6.56% on April 28, 2023.

As of that date, the public held the largest number of shares, with 761.95 billion shares, or 64.33% of the total shares.
The second largest shareholder was Taobao China Holding Limited, with 104.73 billion shares, or 8.84% of the total shares.
Third place was held by SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. with 92.25 billion shares, or 7.78%. Fourth was GPF with 77.66 billion shares, or 6.55%.
The Government of Singapore was fifth, with 65.5 billion shares, or 5.53%. The remaining shares were held by investors with holdings of 2% or less.
