The Financial Services Authority (OJK) reported that the disbursement of fintech lending or online loans reached Rp17.29 trillion in April 2023.

Disbursement of loans during Ramadan and Idul Fitri decreased by 12.36% month-on-month (mom) compared to the previous month, which was Rp19.73 trillion.

The number of lender accounts was recorded at 9.87 million accounts, with a total of Rp17.59 trillion disbursed. The disbursement collaboration by institutional lenders (super lenders) in April 2023 was contributed by 1,195 conventional financial institutions worth Rp4.1 trillion.
