Mobile banking customers of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) experienced transaction disruptions on Monday morning (September 29, 2025). Customers complained about difficulties when conducting transactions, whether checking balances, transferring funds, or withdrawing cash through the myBCA/Mobile BCA application.

BCA's EVP of Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility, Hera F. Haryn, expressed the bank's apologies to customers regarding the service disruption that occurred this morning. “Regarding the issues customers experienced while transacting with BCA's service products, we apologize for the inconvenience that occurred,” Hera said in her official statement on Monday (September 29, 2025).

Hera explained that BCA's system is gradually returning to normal. Nevertheless, she urged customers to regularly check the BCA application, as quoted from Katadata.co.id.

In its financial report, the bank's customer base increased by approximately 500,000 customers compared to the previous year (year-on-year/yoy). Over the past four years, the number of mobile banking customers has shown a growth trend, as seen in the chart.

The total number of BCA Bank customers is as follows:

• 2021: 22.8 million customers

• 2022: 27.9 million customers

• 2023: 30.7 million customers

• 2024: 33.1 million customers

• June 2025: 33.8 million customers.

Throughout 2024, BCA's banking transactions reached 36 billion transactions. Meanwhile, the number of mobile and internet transactions reached 31.6 billion transactions last year.
