This is a List of Banks with the Lowest Mortgage Interest Rates

Owning a dream home is certainly everyone's dream, especially for those who are already married.

However, not everyone can realize this dream by making a cash purchase. Especially in urban areas, where property prices are very expensive.

As a solution, people can buy a house or other property by making installments according to their ability, by utilizing banking services or other financial services.

Based on data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), conventional banks can set a base lending rate (BLR) for Home Ownership Loans (HOL) in the range of 5-16% per year.

The conventional bank with the lowest HOL interest rate is Bank Fama Internasional, which set a base lending rate for home ownership at 5.13% per year in December 2021.

The next bank with the lowest HOL interest rate is Bank Digital BCA. This bank, a transformation of Bank Royal Indonesia, sets a home ownership interest rate of 5.17% per year.

Next, there is Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Bengkulu with a HOL interest rate of 5.51% per year, BPD Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 5.59%, and Bank IBK Indonesia 5.69%.

Following these are BPD Riau Kepri with a HOL interest rate of 5.84% per year. Then BPD Sulawesi Tengah 6.06%, BPD Bali 6.22%, Bank Keb Hana Indonesia 6.25%, and BPD Sulawesi Selatan and Sulawesi Barat 6.79%.
