The search for victims of the Mount Marapi eruption in West Sumatra (Sumbar) officially ended on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 8:00 PM WIB.

Edi said that so far, there has been no evacuation of residents in the Mount Marapi area. According to him, this was also done with preventive efforts against the impact of the eruption through the police chiefs, military district commanders, and village officials in the area surrounding the mountain.
