For distributors of fuel, the retail price of gasoline and diesel fuel has been partially increased starting February 1, 2023.
This fuel price adjustment refers to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) No. 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022, which amends Decree No. 62 K/12/MEM/2020 concerning the Basic Price Formula in Calculating the Retail Selling Price of General Types of Gasoline and Diesel Fuel Distributed Through Public Fuel Filling Stations.
At Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) in Jakarta and surrounding areas, the price of Research Octane Number (RON) 90 gasoline varies. At Pertamina SPBU, Pertalite (90) gasoline is sold at a price of Rp10,000 per liter. This subsidized fuel price is the cheapest compared to other gasoline prices in the RON 90 class, as shown in the graph.
The price of Revvo (90) gasoline at Vivo SPBU is sold at Rp13,710 per liter, which is Rp3,710 per liter more expensive than Pertalite.
Meanwhile, the price of BP (90) gasoline at BP AKR SPBU is set at Rp13,860 per liter. This is the most expensive price in the RON 90 class. The price of BP (90) is Rp3,860 per liter more expensive than Pertalite and Rp150 per liter more expensive than Revvo (90).
