Minimum Wage in 8 Industrial Sectors of Jepara Regency 2025

The Central Java Provincial Government has set the 2025 Jepara Regency Minimum County Wage (UMK) at Rp2.61 million.

In addition, there are also provisions for Minimum Sectoral County Wages (UMSK) which vary depending on the industrial sector.

UMK and UMSK are two different wage standards. UMK applies to workers in general, while UMSK applies specifically to workers in certain sectors designated by the provincial government.

In Jepara Regency, UMSK is set for 8 industrial sectors, with the highest minimum wage in the automotive parts and accessories industry.

The lowest UMSK is in the cigarette industry, but its value is still higher than the Jepara UMK.

Here is a breakdown of the Jepara 2025 UMSK by industrial sector:

1. Four-wheeled or more motorized vehicle parts and accessories industry: Rp2.95 million

2. Ready-to-wear (garment) textile industry: Rp2.87 million

3. Leather and composition leather goods industry for personal use: Rp2.87 million

4. Footwear industry for daily use: Rp2.87 million

5. Sports shoe industry: Rp2.87 million

6. Field/industrial technical shoe industry: Rp2.87 million

7. White cigarette industry: Rp2.79 million

8. Other cigarette industry: Rp2.79 million
