Meanwhile, the province with the fewest active BPJS Employment participants was West Sulawesi, with only 65,330 people. Followed by Maluku with 156,000 people and Bangka Belitung Islands with 178,860 people.

Kemnaker also recorded 839,937 companies registered as participants in the BPJS Employment program. Based on business scale, the majority, or 677,820 companies, are micro-enterprises.
