Daily Chicken Egg Prices at Traditional Markets, January 2024

Based on the latest data from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel, the daily price of chicken eggs in Bali's traditional markets is recorded at Rp26,700. This price remains unchanged compared to the previous day and the last week.

Compared to the last month, the daily price of chicken eggs in traditional markets has decreased from the previous Rp28,000.

Meanwhile, the daily price of chicken eggs in traditional markets over the last three months in Bali has decreased by 7.45%. According to historical food price records on the PIHPS price panel, the daily price of chicken eggs in Bali's traditional markets was traded at Rp28,850.

The record high for the daily price of chicken eggs in traditional markets in Bali was previously recorded in January 2023 with a 15.75% increase, and the lowest decrease was recorded in December 2019 with a -13.98% decrease.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic necessities (sembako) today in Bali show three commodities decreased and 23 others increased. The basic necessities with price decreases are Chicken Meat, Medium Quality Rice I, and Fresh Chicken Meat.

8. Garlic per Kg Rp60,100/kg (up 3.98%)
9. Sugar per Kg Rp18,000/kg (unchanged)
