Considering their work sectors, 106,846 IMWs worked in the formal sector and 120,680 in the informal sector during this period.

The majority, or 70,686 IMWs, worked as domestic workers.

Others worked as caregivers (40,707 people), general workers (17,628 people), plantation workers (12,995 people), and construction workers (7,749 people).
