The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) together with the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) launched the "2022 Joint SOE Recruitment Program" on Tuesday (12/4/2022).
This program offers 2,700 job vacancies across various positions in more than 50 state-owned companies.
SOE Minister Erick Thohir stated that this program is part of the SOE's human resource transformation. Erick also aims to ensure that SOEs can attract the nation's best talents.
"Because we realize that one-third of Indonesia's economic strength lies in SOEs. Therefore, we must also realize that those who work in SOEs are the best sons and daughters of the nation," said Erick at the launch of the 2022 Joint SOE Recruitment Program, as reported by *Katadata.co.id*, Tuesday (12/4/2022).
"We in SOEs are opening recruitment for 2,700 positions. I'm quite touched, but also very worried because while there are 2,700 openings, the number of applicants is tens of times more," Erick continued.
To date, there has been no official announcement regarding the total number of applicants for the 2022 Joint SOE Recruitment.
