Registration for the Civil Servant National Employee Selection (CPNS) opened on September 20, 2023, and remains open until October 9, 2023.
Based on data from the National Personnel Agency (BKN), as of Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 6:00 AM WIB, 715,925 people have registered.
Of these applicants, 149,062 have submitted their registration documents, 52,072 have been declared ineligible, and 17,600 have been declared eligible.
Fourteen central government institutions are holding the 2023 CPNS selection, several of which have received a large number of applicants.
The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) ranks first as the institution with the highest number of applicants, with 42,545 applicants having submitted their documents.
Following are the Secretariat General of the Corruption Eradication Commission (Setjen KPK), the Attorney General's Office, and the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Kementerian ESDM) has received only 2 applicants.
This is followed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) and the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) with less than 100 applicants each.
The following is a complete list of institutions and ministries with the highest number of applicants who have submitted their documents as of October 3, 2023:
1. Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham): 42,545 applicants
2. Secretariat General of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK): 35,737 applicants
3. Attorney General's Office: 30,061 applicants
4. Supreme Court: 19,945 applicants
5. Secretariat General of the House of Representatives: 6,585 applicants
6. State Intelligence Agency (BIN): 5,913 applicants
7. Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud): 5,006 applicants
8. Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (PPATK): 2,130 applicants
9. Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag): 800 applicants
10. Ministry of Health (Kemenkes): 167 applicants
11. Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin): 92 applicants
12. National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN): 56 applicants
13. Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri): 23 applicants
14. Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Kementerian ESDM): 2 applicants
Meanwhile, the quota for the CPNS and PPPK recruitment has been reduced for the September 2023 selection period. Previously, the recruitment quota was 1,030,751 positions, but this has been reduced to 572,496 positions.
This consists of 78,862 positions for the central government and 493,634 positions for local governments.
