Today's Food Prices in West Java: Cooking Oil Up, Red Chilies Down

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Saturday (5/4/2025) at 11:17 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 17 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include SPHP rice, Minyakita, pure beef, medium rice, and mackerel.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as milkfish, shallots, bulk wheat flour, table salt, and shallots have decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of livestock-level corn increased the most, by Rp30 (0.56%) to Rp5,430 per kg. The price of large red chilies decreased the most, by Rp5,458 (9.04%) to Rp54,925 per kg.
