Prices of Branded Packaged Cooking Oil in These 10 Provinces Are the Highest (Monday, March 20, 2023)

The National Strategic Food Price Information Center recorded the average daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in modern markets across several provinces at Rp 22,780 per kg as of Monday, March 20, 2023. Overall, the average this week increased compared to the previous week's average of Rp 22,570 per kg.

The daily price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in modern markets in West Sulawesi was the highest in Indonesia at Rp 26,750 per kg. Compared to a month ago, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in this province is higher; previously recorded at Rp 18,000 per kg.

Meanwhile, in Gorontalo's modern markets, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) was sold at Rp 26,550 per kg, making it the second most expensive in the country.

Then, in third place, the price of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) in South Sumatra was Rp 25,700 per kg, South Sulawesi Rp 25,550 per kg, and West Papua Rp 25,150 per kg.

Meanwhile, 22 provinces had sales of branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) below the national average. The three provinces with the lowest selling prices for branded packaged cooking oil (1 kg) were North Kalimantan, Riau Islands, and Bangka Belitung Islands.
