South Sumatra Food Price List Today: Egg, Chili, and Oil Prices Increase (Sunday, December 3, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in South Sumatra today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (3/12/2023) at 10:40 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 15 commodities increased in price and 4 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), milkfish, broiler chicken, garlic bulbs, and dry soybean (import).

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as fine iodized salt, pure beef, skipjack tuna, and red chili peppers decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chili prices surged the highest by Rp2,410 (2.74%) to Rp90,490 per kg. Meanwhile, red chili pepper prices decreased the most by Rp15,380 (16.67%) to Rp76,880 per kg.

6. Broiler Chicken: Rp30,150 per kg (up 0.6%)
7. Red Onion: Rp29,740 per kg (up 0.34%)
8. Milkfish: Rp29,130 per kg (up 1.25%)
9. Skipjack Tuna: Rp28,150 per kg (down 0.81%)
