There are also those who hope for fuel compensation in the form of small business capital assistance (4.8%), better infrastructure development (3.5%), increased village grants/assistance (2.4%), affordable healthcare access for all (2%), and agricultural subsidies (1.9%).

Meanwhile, 1.9% of respondents mentioned other forms of compensation. And 4.7% of respondents said they didn't know/didn't answer.

This survey was conducted through telephone interviews from August 25-31, 2022, involving 1,219 respondents aged 17 and over or already married, across Indonesia.

Sample selection was conducted using the random digit dialing (RDD) method through a process of random telephone number generation, validation, and screening. The survey's margin of error is estimated to be approximately 2.9% at a 95% confidence level, assuming simple random sampling.
