Latest Food Prices in Aceh Region: Onions Up, Chilies Down (Wednesday, January 10, 2024)

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (10/1/2024) at 2:54 PM WIB, out of 19 commodities, 9 commodities increased in price and 4 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include farmer-level corn, garlic bulbs, bulk wheat flour, pure beef, and granulated sugar.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as shallots, chicken eggs, mackerel, and red chilies decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Farmer-level corn experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,750 (29.17%), reaching Rp7,750 per kg. Red chilies saw the lowest price decrease of Rp1,260 (4.48%), reaching Rp26,890 per kg.
