Latest Food Prices in Bali: Prices of Chilies, Eggs, and Sugar Rise

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher than yesterday.

Based on food price panel data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 1:26 PM WIB, out of 23 commodities, 13 commodities increased in price and 5 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price include chicken eggs, broiler chicken, premium rice, shallots, and Minyakita cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil, Indian mackerel, packaged wheat flour, red chilies, and packaged cooking oil decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chili prices increased the most, by Rp3,403 (4.38%) to Rp81,111 per kg. The price of Indian mackerel decreased the most, by Rp715 (1.82%) to Rp38,571 per kg.
