Aceh Food Price Update Today: Fish Prices Rise, Other Seafood Prices Fall (Thursday, December 21, 2023)

The price of several food commodities in Aceh today is observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

According to data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 12:42 WIB, out of 18 commodities, 5 commodities increased and 13 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price are shallots, granulated sugar, Indian mackerel, packaged wheat flour (non-bulk), and bulk cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, skipjack tuna, milkfish, simple packaged cooking oil, and medium-grain rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Indian mackerel experienced the highest price increase of Rp1,680 (3.86%), reaching Rp45,150 per kg. Skipjack tuna, on the other hand, saw the lowest price decrease of Rp970 (3.21%), reaching Rp29,250 per kg.
