Latest Food Prices in Banten: Rice Up, Oil Down

Food prices in Banten today are observed to have increased compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Monday (18/11/2024) at 12.06 WIB, out of 21 commodities, 14 commodities increased and 7 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include curly red chilies, shallots, broiler chicken, skipjack tuna, and simple packaged cooking oil.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as red chilies, bulk cooking oil, broiler eggs, shallots, and farmer-level corn decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

The price of milkfish increased the most, by Rp1,660 (5.24%) to Rp33,320 per kg. The price of farmer-level corn decreased the most, by Rp1,280 (14.83%) to Rp7,350 per kg.
