Food Prices in West Sumatra Thursday (25/9), How Much Do Fish Cost?

Prices of a number of food ingredients in West Sumatra today were observed to decrease compared to yesterday.

Reporting from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel data on Thursday (25/9/2025) at 15.07 WIB, out of 24 commodities, 10 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased.

Commodities with price increases were fresh buffalo meat (local), medium rice, pure beef, bulk cooking oil, and SPHP rice.

Meanwhile, prices of several commodities such as large red chili, curly red chili, consumption sugar, red cayenne pepper, and skipjack tuna decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Milkfish commodities jumped the highest by Rp5,000 (12.5%) to Rp45,000 per kg. The price of skipjack tuna fell the sharpest by Rp1,889 (4.44%) to Rp40,685 per kg.
