Food Prices Today, November 25, in West Sumatra: Red Chili Up, Cayenne Pepper Down

Some food prices in West Sumatra are observed to have increased today compared to yesterday.

According to data from the Ministry of Trade's Basic Needs Market Monitoring System (SP2KP Kemendag) on Tuesday (25/11/2025) at 16.13 WIB, out of 16 commodities, 2 commodities increased and 1 commodity decreased.

The commodities with increased prices are curly red chili and red onion.

Meanwhile, only red cayenne pepper decreased compared to yesterday's price.

Curly red chili commodity jumped the highest by Rp481 (0.67%) to Rp72,037 per kg. As for red cayenne pepper, the price fell the deepest by Rp4,611 (10.53%) to Rp39,167 per kg.
