Yogyakarta Food Price Update Today: Chili Prices Up, Cooking Oil Prices Down (Wednesday, December 6, 2023)

The prices of several food commodities in Yogyakarta, Special Region of Yogyakarta, have increased today compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Wednesday (6/12/2023) at 14:19 WIB, out of 19 commodities, 5 saw price increases and 2 saw price decreases.

Commodities that saw price increases include curly red chilies, red cayenne peppers, garlic bulbs, shallots, and premium rice.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as bulk cooking oil and chicken eggs decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase, up Rp2,110 (3.12%) to Rp69,710 per kg. Bulk cooking oil saw the lowest price decrease, down Rp100 (0.71%) to Rp13,950 per liter.
