Current Bali Food Prices: What's the Price of Chili Peppers?

The prices of several food commodities in Bali today are observed to be higher compared to yesterday.

Citing data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) food price panel on Sunday (16/6/2024) at 16.37 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased in price and 4 commodities decreased.

Commodities that increased in price are packaged simple cooking oil, milkfish, chicken eggs, bulk wheat flour, and red chilies.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as medium rice, garlic bulbs, red chilies, and shallots decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Red chilies saw the highest price increase, jumping Rp1,550 (3.41%) to Rp47,040 per kg. Red chilies experienced the sharpest price drop, falling Rp1,050 (3.11%) to Rp32,700 per kg.

The following is a complete list of the prices of 20 food commodities in Bali according to Bapanas on June 16, 2024, at 16.37 WIB.
