Latest Food Prices in West Java, What's the Price of Onions?

The prices of several food commodities in West Java today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Friday (31/5/2024) at 10:29 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 6 commodities increased and 14 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include red chilies, shallots, curly red chilies, farmer-level corn, and red onions.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as chicken eggs, pure beef, milkfish, granulated sugar, and premium rice decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Curly red chilies saw the highest price increase of Rp1,310 (2.91%) to Rp46,280 per kg. Milkfish experienced the lowest price decrease of Rp1,600 (4.25%) to Rp36,050 per kg.
