This is the Allowance for DKI Jakarta Civil Servants, from the Highest to the Lowest Ranking Positions.

In addition to their base salary, Civil Servants (PNS) in the Jakarta Provincial Government (Pemprov DKI Jakarta) are entitled to receive additional employee income (TPP) or performance allowances, with varying amounts.

This is regulated in Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 64 of 2020 concerning Amendments to Governor Regulation Number 19 of 2020 concerning Additional Employee Income.

This TPP or performance allowance is one of the factors that makes the income of DKI Jakarta PNS higher than in other regions.

Here is a breakdown of the TPP for DKI Jakarta PNS for the executive job class:

* Skilled Technician: Rp17,370,000
* Expert Administrator: Rp15,300,000
* Skilled Administrator: Rp13,500,000
* Expert Operator: Rp11,610,000
* Skilled Operator: Rp9,810,000
* Expert Service: Rp8,010,000
* Skilled Service: Rp7,470,000
* Prospective PNS: Rp4,860,000

Previously, DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan invited young people to work as civil servants in the capital city. He also mentioned that the total salary received would be in the tens of millions of rupiah per month.

"Are there any who want to become a civil servant? Entering Jakarta as a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree, the range is between Rp12-18 million per month that they will receive, it is very competitive with the private sector," said Anies in the Jakarta Future of Work event broadcast on the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's YouTube channel, Thursday (25/8/2022).
