The average daily price of medium-sized garlic at Bali Province's modern markets has decreased by 0.43% over the past month.

The latest information from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center panel shows that the daily price of medium-sized garlic in Bali's modern markets is recorded at Rp57,750 per kg. This price is unchanged from the previous day and the last week.

Compared to the price 30 days ago, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets has decreased from Rp58,000 per kg.

Meanwhile, the daily price of medium-sized garlic in modern markets in Bali over the past three months has increased by 2.76% from the previous price of Rp56,200 per kg.

The highest price increase for medium-sized garlic in modern markets in the province was recorded in April 2019 at 65.42%, and the lowest decrease was also recorded in April 2019 at -26.61%.

According to PIHPS monitoring, the prices of nine basic commodities (sembako) in Bali today show ten commodities decreased and 16 others increased. The basic commodities with decreased prices are Super II Quality Rice, Medium I Quality Rice, Rice, Fresh Chicken Eggs, Medium-Sized Garlic, Garlic, Fresh Chicken Meat, Inferior I Quality Rice, Chicken Eggs, and Chicken Meat.

The following are the prices of basic commodities monitored by PIHPS today compared to the price changes over the last month in Bali Province:

1. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 2 per kg: Rp20,950 per kg (up 6.89%)
2. Premium Quality Sugar per kg: Rp18,300 per kg (up 1.1%)
3. Cooking Oil per kg: Rp21,300 per kg (up 4.67%)
4. Green Chili per kg: Rp41,150 per kg (up 10.32%)
5. Super II Quality Rice per kg: Rp15,550 per kg (down 1.58%)
6. Branded Packaged Cooking Oil 1 per kg: Rp21,600 per kg (up 2.61%)
7. Chili per kg: Rp48,800 per kg (up 9.66%)
8. Medium I Quality Rice per kg: Rp15,650 per kg (down 1.57%)
9. Curly Red Chili per kg: Rp47,400 per kg (up 24.08%)
10. Shallot per kg: Rp58,700 per kg (up 24.5%)
11. Rice per kg: Rp15,500 per kg (down 0.64%)
12. Large Red Chili per kg: Rp43,850 per kg (up 81.2%)
13. Grade 2 Beef per kg: Rp184,150 per kg (unchanged)
14. Fresh Chicken Eggs per kg: Rp39,450 per kg (down 2.23%)
