Today's Food Prices in Aceh Region: Chili, Oil, and Onion Prices Drop

The prices of several food commodities in Aceh today are observed to have decreased compared to yesterday.

Based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) price panel on Tuesday (20/8/2024) at 14.04 WIB, out of 20 commodities, 7 commodities increased and 8 commodities decreased in price.

Commodities that increased in price include skipjack tuna, bulk cooking oil, iodized fine salt, shallots, and chicken eggs.

Meanwhile, the prices of several commodities such as mackerel, red onions, simple packaged cooking oil, red chilies, and chicken meat decreased compared to yesterday's prices.

Skipjack tuna experienced the highest price increase, up Rp590 (2.18%) to Rp27,620 per kg. Simple packaged cooking oil saw the sharpest price decrease, down Rp380 (2.03%) to Rp18,330 per liter.
